Do you deliver outside the United Arab Emirates?

At the moment, Joe Luke delivers within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

What is the estimated delivery time within the UAE?

Our estimated delivery time within the UAE is typically 2 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location.

For orders placed before 11:00 AM, delivery is usually:

  • same day in Dubai
  • next business day for other Emirates

For orders placed after 11:00 AM, delivery is usually within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays or for remote areas.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery on orders above AED 500.

For orders below AED 500, a delivery fee of AED 25 applies.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Every Joe Luke order is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@byjoeluke.com with your order number and clear photos where applicable.

Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Can I cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@byjoeluke.com.

Once an order has been processed or handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable VAT within the United Arab Emirates.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to our return conditions.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected and reviewed. If approved, the refund is typically processed within 7 to 14 working days to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Approved refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item for a different one?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
