Returns & Refunds Policy

At Joe Luke, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to request a return, please review the policy below carefully.

1. Returns Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@byjoeluke.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged
  • be returned in its original condition
  • be returned with its original packaging
  • include any accessories, documents, tags, pouches, boxes, cards, or complimentary items originally provided with the order
  • match the original item purchased

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, or incomplete packaging may also be refused.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may place a new order separately, subject to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Return Review and Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval by Joe Luke before a refund is issued.

A return will only be approved once we confirm that:

  • the returned item is the same item originally sold
  • the item is in its original condition
  • all original packaging, accessories, and included materials have been returned

If a returned item does not pass inspection, the return may be rejected.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase and for the original purchaser.

Please note:

  • original delivery charges are not refundable
  • refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
  • if the order was paid using a third-party payment service, the refund will be handled in accordance with that provider’s process and timelines

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@byjoeluke.com.

To help us review the issue efficiently, please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging, where applicable

We will review the matter and advise you on the next steps.
