1. Introduction

Welcome to Joe Luke.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Joe Luke website, and any purchases, services, content, features, or interactions made available through it.

Joe Luke is operated by MGH Group FZC, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In these Terms, references to “Joe Luke,” “we,” “our,” or “us” mean MGH Group FZC and the Joe Luke brand.

By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any other policies posted on our website. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old, or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • any information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these requirements are not met.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Joe Luke website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, restrict their use of the website, or harm the website, our business, or our customers.

You must not:

  • use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purposes
  • interfere with the website’s operation, security, or integrity
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, customer accounts, systems, or data
  • copy, reproduce, distribute, exploit, or use any website content without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law

4. Product Information and Availability

We aim to present our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, pricing, imagery, and availability. However, slight differences in colour, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography, device display, or the handcrafted nature of certain items.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or remove products from the website at any time without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product information, pricing, promotions, or availability.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) subject to these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. Acceptance takes place only when we process your order and confirm dispatch.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including where:

  • the product is unavailable
  • payment cannot be authorised or verified
  • we detect or suspect fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity
  • pricing or product information is incorrect
  • we are unable to fulfil the order for operational or legal reasons

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will arrange a refund in accordance with the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on the Joe Luke website are shown in the applicable currency indicated at checkout and are inclusive of applicable VAT within the United Arab Emirates, unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Any pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for, except in cases of obvious error.

7. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, together with any other payment methods made available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method
  • all payment details provided are accurate and complete
  • the payment method has sufficient funds or credit available

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers. We do not store or control your full payment card details. Your use of third-party payment methods may also be subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.

8. Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Joe Luke delivers within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Estimated delivery time within the UAE is typically 2 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location.

For orders placed before 11:00 AM, delivery is usually:

  • same day in Dubai
  • next business day for other Emirates

For orders placed after 11:00 AM, delivery is usually within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, peak periods, remote-area deliveries, courier delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We offer:

  • free delivery on orders above AED 500
  • a delivery fee of AED 25 for orders below AED 500

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timing is outside our direct control, although we will always try to support you where possible.

9. Order Cancellation

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at hello@byjoeluke.com.

Please note that once an order has been processed or handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, any return or refund request will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Key return terms include the following:

  • eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • returned items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in their original condition
  • returned items must include the original box, packaging, accessories, cards, and any complimentary items delivered with the order
  • items must match the original item purchased
  • earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and product-safety reasons
  • exchanges are not available
  • approved refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • delivery charges are non-refundable
  • if payment was made through Tabby or Tamara, refunds are processed in accordance with their respective terms and conditions
  • once processed, refunds may take approximately 7 to 14 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval before any refund is issued. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Returns & Refunds Policy, including mismatched returns, worn items, altered items, incomplete returns, or suspected misuse or fraud.

11. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Every Joe Luke order is carefully checked before dispatch. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@byjoeluke.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging where applicable.

We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps. We may request additional information before determining the appropriate resolution.

12. Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for restricting access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account unless caused by our fault.

You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms or in a manner that may harm Joe Luke, our customers, or third parties.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Joe Luke website, including but not limited to text, product names, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, layouts, designs, website structure, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Joe Luke and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or licence to use our intellectual property except for personal, non-commercial use of the website in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, or exploit any part of our website or content without our prior written consent.

14. Promotions and Marketing Communications

From time to time, we may offer promotions, campaigns, discount codes, or other marketing offers. Such offers may be subject to separate terms and conditions, including validity periods, exclusions, and usage limits.

We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.

If you opt in to receive marketing communications, you agree that we may contact you through the channels you selected, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You may opt out at any time.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, terms, privacy practices, or performance of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

We provide the Joe Luke website and its contents on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

While we aim to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, we do not guarantee that:

  • the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components
  • all content will always be complete, current, or error-free
  • any defects, delays, or interruptions will be corrected immediately

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joe Luke, MGH Group FZC, and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic loss arising out of or related to your use of the website, your purchase of products, delivery delays, inability to use the website, or reliance on website content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the website, or any order shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joe Luke, MGH Group FZC, and their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
