Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Joe Luke, we prepare every order with care to ensure it reaches you securely and in excellent condition. Please review the policy below for information about shipping availability, delivery timelines, and order handling.

1. Shipping Availability

Joe Luke currently ships within the United Arab Emirates only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are as follows:

  • Free delivery on orders above AED 500
  • AED 25 delivery fee on orders below AED 500

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines within the UAE are typically 2 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location and order volume.

For orders placed before 11:00 AM, delivery may be available:

  • the same day within Dubai
  • by the next business day for other Emirates

Orders placed after 11:00 AM are usually processed in the next available delivery cycle.

Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, high-order-volume periods, or for remote areas.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after confirmation of payment.

Please note that order processing and dispatch may take longer in exceptional cases, including payment verification, stock checks, public holidays, or courier-related delays.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Joe Luke is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Delays

While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier issues, weather conditions, remote delivery zones, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we will do our best to assist you and provide updates where possible.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Every order is checked carefully before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@byjoeluke.com.

To help us review the issue efficiently, please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging, where applicable

We will review the matter and advise you on the next steps in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Undeliverable or Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
